SFM was founded by Penny Huggard,
formerly a Local Authority FMSiS external
assessor and with a career history in the
banking industry and public sector. Penny
has extensive experience of financial
management, particularly in education,
having worked as a Finance Manager in a
large comprehensive school and served as
a school governor for many years.
